I am Lisa Delaplace, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S) in Texas and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state. With years of experience across diverse settings, I am passionate about supporting social workers in their professional growth through clinical supervision and specialized training.
I offer supervision services for:

Through my supervision, I provide a structured yet supportive environment where social workers can deepen their clinical skills, enhance ethical decision-making, and gain confidence in their practice. My approach integrates multiple therapeutic modalities, ensuring a well-rounded professional development experience.
When you join my affordable and convenient online LMSW Supervision groups you’ll meet for 4 hours per month with other LMSW level clinicians in various clinical positions. You’ll consult on your most difficult and confusing cases, explore legal and ethical dilemmas, and gain the knowledge and practice you need to ace the ASWB exam.
I provide affordable online group supervision. Rates are $60.00 per hour for groups that are 2 hours long and $120.00 for individual supervision, available online or in-person in Prosper, Texas.

What are the requirements for LCSW in Texas? Per BHEC guidelines, supervisees are required acrue 100 hours of supervision and 3000 work hours in no less than 24 and no more that 48 months.
How do I know if my job qualifies as clinical social work? Clinical social work involves assessing, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. If you have a non-clinical social work job, you can still work towards becoming an LCSW if you are able to have least 4 hours per week providing clinical social work. Some supervisees volunteer their time doing clinical work or get per-diem jobs in order to fulfill this requirement.
How long will it take to get my LCSW license? If you work at least 30 hours a week and wish to get your license in 24 months, you would need at least 4 hours per month of clinical supervision.
What do I need to do to start LMSW supervision? Before beginning supervision, you will need to provide your job description, written approval from your employer to have an outside supervisor, and a signed supervision plan.
With a career dedicated to helping others, I am committed to providing high-quality clinical supervision, training, and consultation services for social workers at all levels. Whether you are an associate-level professional seeking guidance or a licensed practitioner looking to enhance your clinical skills, I offer a supportive and knowledgeable approach tailored to your needs.
During the consultation, you will be able to ask questions about the clinical supervision process, my qualifications, and supervision style. I will want to know about your clinical experiences, short and long-term professional goals, and expectations. If we are a good fit, I will provide information on the next steps, and we will get started once all required documentation is complete.
If you are interested in clinical supervision, consultation, or specialized training, I would love to connect with you. Let’s work together to advance your professional journey in social work.
